Hello, My name is Drake Cummings, I'm an artist.

 

I have a passion for creation, artistic expression, and telling stories. When I get to the root of it I guess I'm a story teller. I graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and a Master's in Game Design. Games are my first love and what I believe to be the most advanced mechanism that we have to tell compelling and immersive stories. However not every painting calls for the same brush. I like to create in a variety of mediums including games, film, performance arts, apparel, and recorded audio. But for me it all starts with writing. At the end of the day all stories start as words on a page that are then brought to life through the aforementioned creative vessels. So first and foremost I'm a writer and i'm always writing. Whether its a script, a game design document, prose, or something else entirely, I am constantly working on something new.
